High cholesterol level

I have total cholesterol 258 mg/dl normal value 150-250 mg/dl ,triglycerides 149 mg/dl normal value upto170 mg/dl ,hdl 46 mg/dl normal value 30-70 mg/dl , Ldl 182 mg/dl normal value 60 -180 mg/dl vldl 29.80 normal value 2-38 mg/dl is this value is dangerously high how can i reduce this values please suggest

Yes they are on the higher range, follow healthy lifestyle with high intensity exercise for at least 30pm per day for at least 5 days a week n follow Mediterranean diet and avoid fried foods But still need to consult directly for medication and ruling out other comorbidities
