I have recently got my blood tests done in which i found that my cholesterol is high 237 and even I have high range of TLC and neutrophils and low range of monocytes and lymphocytes​.

there are many reasons for elevated cholesterol levels. check your thyroid status, blood sugars. what aabout your weight. are you obese. then you should decrease your weight.
