High BP Problem regularly
I have problem of having high BP regularly bt when it is lower then if i take nicardia 20 mg as a regular base then what complications i face.
I am a cronik kidney disease patient and having 2 dialysis in a weak.

Bp medications in dialysis Pt needs regular monitoring .. also bp medications have to be taken regularly on time .. when bp is low and if u take bp medications like nicardia , bp may come down further .. the idea is salt and fluid restriction .. if u gain more weight in between 2 dialysis sessions , ur bp may shoot up .. moreover , twice a week dialysis may be inadequate .. check with ur nephrologist
