Red urine after taking beet and high bp
Yesterday at evening i took beet sabji and after two hours my urine was red then at dinner i took that sabji again and in the early morning i saw my urine again red then i check my bp and it was 140/89 am 31 yrs old... in past i took beet but that time no change of colour of urine...

Ur BP looks a bit on higher side for a 30 yr old..
and about colour of urine. U can get a routine Urine test to rule out blood in urine..
