High blood pressure can be very asymptomatic. Generally, high BP is caused due to stress, lifestyle issues, being overweight, certain diseases or simply age related.
Considering that you are not in the age to have age-related high BP, it's safe to say that either you have a lot of stress (probably office or work related) and/or you follow a lifestyle which is causing this.
My advise to you would be to start an exercise regime of about 1 hr a day, and also probably enrolling in some activity that you like which will act as a de-stress mechanism.
