Can I take tulsi (holy basil) to lower the blood pressure? Peanuts should be avoided if have high blood pressure. Kindly let me know about the food to avoid to lower my blood pressure High blood pressure affects male fertility?

You should use a diet low in salt , fat , oily ,spicy food . Exercise regularly for 35-40 minutes 5 days a week and take the guidance of your physician .

There are better medicines out there.. water soaked with tulasi seeds are good. Peanut need not be necessarily avoided. Avoid pickles, spicy food and oily food
