High B12 levels
My B12 level is 1652 pg/ml. I am 4 months postpartum C section. Currently taking caldikind plus and MGD3 tablets for calcium and magnesium respectively. What could be the possible reason for such high levels of B12 and the solution? I feel numbness in palms and feet as soon as I wake up in morning and sometimes throughout the day also. RA factor is normal.

One reason there should be more supplementation.
One reason could be due to post partum hormonal changes.
But in any case no need to worry.
This is not toxic high level.
It will be washed off/ will be used by own body.
