17-year-old accused of sexual harassment is usually dealt with under the Juvenile Justice Act. If the act falls under the POCSO Act, punishment for sexual harassment may extend up to 3 years' imprisonment and/or fine, with proceedings generally conducted through the Juvenile Justice Board.
