I have ldl cholesterol 126 and my age is 47 can u pls suggest me food and exercise that I can do and my weight is 82 I have severe back pain and legs pain

Regular exercise, low calorie diet, healthy diet, stop junk food, no oily food... Check after 3 months.. If high consult general Physician..
