It is due to weakness of the abdominal wall muscles (most common cause) once it has become weak and a gap is formed the intestines can come out of it.. once the gap is formed there is no way the gap can close up by itself... Hence no medicines can help! ... Laproscopic surgery is also available with minimal pain and scar.. kindly get the surgery done .. no medicine or hernia support will work unfortunately ... Also you have prostomegaly. Check post voidal residual urine status and consult a general surgeon soon.
