Help! What’s wrong with my baby girl?

My newborn (6weeks old), has been sweating a lot lately. It’s really bad to where it soaks her clothes. Plus her breath just started stinking really bad today. She is a formula fed baby. I brush her tongue with baby tooth paste regularly so I’m not sure what’s going on.
