It's been three days its not going back pain is good . Taking painkiller and b complex tablet's because before 4 months same this happen now it's again why didn't understand help me please is there any danger

Continue the medication. Once your ulcer recovers within 7-10 days, get your upper 3rd molar extracted. I can see your upper 3rd molar is tilted towards cheek. This is hurting again n again causing ulcer in that area.
