HELP REGARDING LICHEN PLANUS ON FEET LEG

I am suffering from purple colored bump allergy on my legs and feets. I got it 3 years back and it left spots on my body. It has again started on my feet and legs. Please help me with medication and suggestion to suppress it and to remove the spots.

The concern  most likely is   Lichen planus  , do not scratch it , if scratched  it aggravates  and chances of leaving  Mark's are high, kindly get thyroid  test done   , apply moisturizing  creams multiple  times a day , take oral  anti histamines  it severe itching is present , consult  a Dermatologist for further treatment
