Increasing height can be done both my proper diet and some exercises such as stretching exercises , yoga and meditation.
Follow a well balanced diet which contains foods from all food groups.
The meals should be small and frequent.
Drink lots of water .
Also food groups such as fats and sugars should also be included in diet. Make sure that ghee and butter should be given in moderation.
Take milk 2 times a days and milk products such as curd , yogurt, paneer, raita etc should be included with meals.
Combination of daal & rice can be preferred.
