hello madam. please be aware that height ceases to increase by the age of 18 when cartilage fuses. and height is a familial trait which determines the height characteristics. please don't waste your money on any supplements to increase the height. it is waste of money and has no effect on height after cartilages fuse. please remember the same findings is used in determination of the age of any person too in medicolegal cases . thanks

Sorry 😞  to say , but it is truth sir after 23 , Hight will not increase,  because, our bone growth plate in not more at 23 year, but if you want to know about any test then you can go for knee xray of AP VIEW AND LATERAL VIEW,  where you can see your lower end of femur growth plate and , upper end of tibia growth plate .
