You cannot increase height at this age Instead maintain weight for your height. Your BMI should not cross 25.Eat. nutritious diet which should incllude green leafy veg,fruits,low fat milk,nuts.Eat in time in small amounts at regular intervals.Go for 1/2 hour walking regularly.
Hi it's less likely to increase height at this age , there are many factors influencing growth rate like hereditary, exercise and general condition of the individual... Skipping swimming would add up for improving height.
