I am 21 years and 3 months old. My height is 5feet  6 inches. Can it be increased by 1 inch (5 feet 7 inches).

At this age it's a little hard to gain height. However you can take tab shellcal 500 1 tab daily and hang from rod daily. At this age most bobes have reached their maximum growth and hardly any further growth can be achieved. Wear shoes with thick soles.
