Chance of improvement is not much, can wait and watch for few years if no successive improvement, may needed osteotomy. How tall are your parents??

When was the surgery done. You still have a good growth potential, dont worry. Keep a regular follow up with your ortho doc. Keep faith on him and the treatment. You will be fine. Take care.
