I'm having heel pain from past 4 days I thought it might go on its own but the pain has been since then I experience pain as shown in the photo. I feel pain at the edge of the heel also. Couldn't attach more than 2 pics. Sometimes I feel I'm walking on some stone. when I wear flip flop very mild pain is there ,,when I leave it and walk barefoot I  experience pain . however I tried stretching the foot but no result and I have done oil massages also but no relief.  I wear a flat flip flop inside the house also. I have attached the pic of it as well. . is that the main reason for the pain??

Plantar fascitis. Needs clinical evaluation. Physiotharepy will help . Anti inflammatory medicines. Local infiltration / injection therapy if medicines don't work for you .

This is due to calf tightness secondary to your cross legged sitting habits using that leg. Wear something that is tall from behind, stretching of the calf muscle
Next Steps
sit and work ergonomically with your feet rested on footrest
Health Tips
