Can you give any suggestions for my issues , I want to reduce my heavy weight. Please doctor give me some suggestions for my problems

Have a well balanced diet, add fibre, include lots of fruits and vegetables, atleast 30-45 mins of physical activity. Sleep for 7-8 hrs daily. Drink plenty of water. Be consistent.
