Your symptoms could also be because of Exam stress. Try to relax, do some deep breathing (pranayama). Take a warm bath at night or just before you sir to study. Drink plenty of fluids & believe that you are going to do your best. You may also want to visit your doctor for some medication if the one you are taking now is not working. If symptoms persist do visit a neurologist.
