Heart rate fluctuation

Since two days my resting HR has been high relatively 100-105 ( its generally 70-75 ) . Also on my apple watch it is showing sometimes HR at 50-60 and then randomly it goes to 100. I had my ecg and stress echo today morning. Is all ok ? Something to worry ?
