Heart palpitations

My heart rate when I was lying is 74. After 30 minutes when I suddenly standing My heart rate goes upto 104.. After 1 minutes it settle downs. Does it is POTS??

POTS is a syndrome with various other features too.. Variablity in hR with position is normal however the value which you have mentioned os abnormal ranges.. Few other things need to be ruled out.
