I have an abnormal heart beat @palpitations(sometimes slow and some times fast), feeling weak and shivering at night times , feeling depressed , difficult to swallow and burp and so many problems from last one year . please help me to come out of this..

Need to evaluate for arrythmia by doing holter....2DECHO ...if heart cause ruled out....need evaluation of metabolic cause or endocrinol cause like hyperthyroid..pheochromocytoma....alcohol withdrawal...drugs.....if all ruled out need psychiatric evaluation.

Hello.......i can understand your problem. Heart rate increases during exercise, anxiety , fear, shock like condition.. You consult general physician and get exmaine... Difficulty to swallow is called dysphagia.. Could be due to pathology anywhere from larynx to esophagus. .
