Hi Your mother’s symptoms palpitations, dizziness, tinnitus, migraine, and anxiety may stem from both physical and psychological causes. Even with normal ECG, issues like thyroid imbalance, vitamin deficiency, or anxiety-related body reactions can cause these sensations. She should get thyroid, vitamin B12/D tests, and maybe a 24-hour Holter or ENT/neurology review. Alongside medication, CBT therapy and relaxation breathing can help break the anxiety–body cycle. Improvement comes gradually with consistent care. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.

Heart palpitations and dizziness can be due to chronic stress. Anxiety issues are there as you mentioned but why psychiatrist is not giving medication? Please ask them and is your mother taking therapy? If not, you can start that it will be helpful. But please make sure there is no physical cause behind these issues. Consultation with an internal medicine specialist is recommended and an ent specialist also with all the history.
Next Steps
After the consultation recommended, start taking sessions from a psychologist.
