My father creat is 8.4 Having swelling in both feet and in left hand . Too much weakness and pain in movement , getting up and down. Inactive , lethargic al day He is diabetic for 18 years HbA1c 4.8 . Takes insulin 8 & 6units What should be done to avoid dialysis bcz patient is not giving consent ? Alternative treatment ?
