Healthy digestive system

My digestive system is pretty weak. What so ever i eat didnt get digested properly. Leaving problems such as acidity, ingestion, etc. Even i feel hungry often even aftr eating too much. I face problems in stool passing even n it happens often.

Eat low fat low carb diet Keep proper hydration Avoid tea, coffee, fried things and heavy foods. Eat food devided into 3 main and 3 small meals with less spices
