Hi u need High calorie diet. Take more rice & rice products including poha, polao, fried rice , alu parotha, . add banana, coconut in fruits, alu ,dal soupy products, khicdi, along with some high quality protien like eggs, chicken leg pc.fish, . add butter, ghee,in main meals. Sleep min 8 hrs. No stress.
