I have done health check test and in result my HbA1c is 6% and ESR 27 and vitamin d 29. It seems abnormal. Please suggest me treatment.

Yeah ok. 1- For HbA1C - 6.0 value come in that range of risk of prediabetic , so avoid sugar and it's by product and do exercise regularly with yoga and meditation. 2- For - increase - you have some infection in the body . 3- IgE - increase that you have some allergy with something. 4- Vitamin D level - low - your have Vitamin D deficiency.
