Headache during & after dengu fever

Before 5-6 I was admitted in hospital due to dengu fever with report Dengu NS1 positive Dengu IgM negative Dengu lgG Negative But sometimes headache is happening from starting of fever to during & now after the treatment of dengu fever, fever has gone before 6-7 days & I have been discharged from hospital since 4-5 days but headache still happening & also acidity, please tell best advice & medicine for this types of headache, no relief from this till now? Please reply sir

Make sure you are well hydrated. Have lots if fluids in the form of soups and broths. That will help. Make sure your bowels are clear, for that have lightly sautés veggies.
