Stress/ tension is part and parcel of everyone’s life. The way we deal with it or cope with it decides whether we can handle it . Unhealthy coping styles can cause dysfunction in life such as mental health problems, tension headaches etc. Relaxation excercises and therapy sessions focusing on healthy coping styles would be useful in your case.
