MY Vitamin d 7.4 and i am taking 60000 iu /week since 8 weeks but still not improved so suggest me for better treatment.

U need a frequent dose. . once a week will be insufficient. In case u have taken 8 in total... Better take twice a week for another 4 weeks or else u can go for intravenous under some physician or ortho
