Headache and pain I upper abdomen
Since three days I have constant throbing headache and pain in upper abdomen headache is more when I wake up in morning or when I bend my head also have bad upper abdomen pain my husband told its gastric so taking antacid I also take Esofag D and tryptomer regularly for my IBS D. Is sinus and gastric inter related pls help

Your condition could be the result of side effect of you current medication, as they are known to present with such effects in few people, but it can also be an entirely different cause, that can be ruled out by detailed History about your headache.
To answer your second part, sinus and gastric are totally different, one in related to breathing and the other to food. however, Sinusitis along with Gastritis together can be present in few cases but still both are not related.

Seems to be two different problem. Headache can be due to drug side effect and upper abdomen pain may be due to ongoing peptic ulcer disease. As u r already taking treatment for IBS it will be better to consult your doctor or connect for online consultation.
