Headache and giddiness
I am having headache and giddiness since 3 days. Not able to concentrate on any work because of this. Please suggest me how to overcome this.

Do you have any pain at the neck region ?
Have you slept enough in the last few days?
Is your vision ok ?
Is your BP ok?
Please answer all this with detailed history of any other problem you have.
In the meantime, take Tab Ibugesic plus as needed and Tab Vertin 16 mg. Drink plenty of water and rest.

Your history is very incomplete. We need a few more details for coming to any conclusion. Kindly get your blood pressure and blood sugar level checked out.
A routine blood examination with hemoglobin concentration will be required.
Kindly consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. You can take a tab. Paracetamol 500mg for headache as of now.
