Headache and Eyes Burning
From the last night i am having headache and my eyes are burning. No travel history.
Covid-19 precautions are taken strictly by wearing mask and hand washing in regular interval

What is temperature? check it every 4hrs. If the temp is above 99 F, then consult a doctor, preferably online. Yes, there will be apprehension. But, we can overcome if we report it before it goes out of hand. It is a virus. May come through groceries as evidence suggests. So, don't hide if you have fever. Maintain your immunity and hydration.

Try this home remedy, hope you will get rid from the problem. Have a mint or drink some peppermint tea, it can really take the edge off. Peppermint is very soothing to the nerves and aids circulation. You can even place the tea bag on your forehead after you make your tea for extra relief. You can do it twice or thrice a day.
