I often get headaches after coming from somewhere and it's so worst recently ..it's above eyebrow, temples sometimes whole ... At night also..I was suffering neck pain at the base of skull  and shoulder pain ..and in morning it's sharp...I feel my head will blast too... When I stand I feel like I'll fall down..I m getting irritation by almost everything...also my throat hurts in the morning. It's frequency has been increased recently!

What is your occupation??? Student? Or doing some sort of job?? Basically this could be due to you are sitting for long hours in straight upright posture or not in properly posture while studying or at work Or manual work is more??
