Hi doctor, I feel a headache in the evening from the last 3 days. Also feel dizziness while walking. I work in a corporate office mainly in HO. Also cramps in the left leg sometime and mild pain in legs. Should I take neurobion forte and calcium+ d3 tablets? What will be the dosage and for how long?

Your symptoms of evening headaches, dizziness while walking, and occasional leg cramps and mild leg pain could be due to several causes, including stress-related tension headaches, postural issues from prolonged sitting, or even early signs of nutritional deficiencies like B-complex vitamins or vitamin D. While supplements like Neurobion Forte (B vitamins) and Calcium + Vitamin D3 may help if a deficiency exists, it’s important not to self-medicate without confirming the underlying cause. I recommend a clinical evaluation along with basic tests such as hemoglobin, vitamin B12, vitamin D, and electrolytes. Addressing hydration, posture, and screen time during office hours may also help. Please consult to ensure an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Thankyou!!

Hi! evening headaches, dizziness while walking, leg cramps (especially left leg), and mild leg pain maybe due to 1. Vitamin Deficiencies (esp. B12 & D3) Low Vitamin D3 causes bone/muscle pain and fatigue. Low Vitamin B12 or B-complex can cause dizziness, nerve cramps, and headaches. 2. Poor Posture / Sedentary Routine Sitting long hours in one position can cause muscle strain, reduced blood flow, and nerve compression—leading to leg cramps and headaches (especially from neck/upper back tension). 3. Dehydration / Electrolyte Imbalance Inadequate water or minerals like magnesium or potassium can cause cramps and dizziness. 4. Eye strain / Screen fatigue Long screen hours can lead to tension headaches, especially in the evening. Management: Supplements: 1. Neurobion Forte (B1, B6, B12) Dose: 1 tablet Daily for 3–4 weeks 2. Calcium + Vitamin D3 (e.g., Shelcal 500 or equivalent) Dose: 1 tablet after lunch/dinner Daily for 30–45 days Get VitB1/ VitD3 level checked. If severely low than go for Injectibles Lifestyle Fixes: Hydration: 2.5–3L water/day Stretch breaks: Every 1–2 hours during work Sunlight: 15–20 mins/day for natural Vitamin D Check vision of your eyes
