#First of all , you need not worry at all as it is not a serious disease and can be tackled with few healthy lifestyle tips. 1,Follow a good routine, go to bed early and wake up early , 2,Dont take your office tensions to home, 3,Don't take/do excessive tea/coffee/alcohol/smoking. 4,Go to bed with a calm mind, you can also book eg self help book like you can win, power of positive thinking etc. 5,Do Dhyan/meditation/deep breathing/yoga starting few mins then can increase it afterwards. 6,Take 1 glass of milk with 1 spoon honey 1 hour before going to bed. 7,Engage with family members/friends and share your thoughts with them 8, Go for early morning walk for fresh air and some positivity. 9,Don't sit empty , either do something or take rest. 10,Stay away from negative things like excessive news, etc. #Can take Ayurvedic herb Ashwagandha for stress relief. #Take painkiller only if necessary. #Consult Psychiatrist if above tips doesn't help.
