My mother is 60 years old and she is feeling dizziness from last 3 days. She experiences spinning of head when she lies down to sleep and while waking up. Kindly suggest course of treatment.

We should rule out bp   sugar  and electrolyte  imbalance  commen in her age As per the histry given it seems like positinal though.
