Head pressure

Hello 👋 I have a weird kind of head pressure which usually occurs at evening. I won't be able to sit for long if I am sitting with someone I will start feeling the urge of standing or lie down. Head rest position will give me a little comfort. The pressure causes difficulty on focusing too .I don't like this as it causes trouble in my day to day life I am taking serta 25 mg for anxiety for past 2 years.
