Good evening sir / madam, am having head and neck pain since three days head feels tight pressure like on top and sides also neck front muscles are tight near throat area and back of head exactly in the middle on my neck theres a pain when i bend forward. Please let me know is this serious am slightly feeling dizzy also bcz of this pain am panicking alot please pleasee let me know what to do i have been keeping moov gel since three days continuously but the pain is not releived
