My brother has fever with chills and nights sweat since 6 days he has no coughing , a local doctor do a test please see what is in the report.

It's typhoid test report showing NEGATIVE At this time fever means you should think of covid Get RTPCR done for him Start.. Tab. Doxycycline 100mg BD Tab. Limcee 500mg twice daily Tab. Dolo 650mg thrice a day Tab. Zincovit once a day Warm water

In this pandemic , fever is suggestive of covid unless proved otherwise Report was done for typhoid but it's negative so no typhoid

Fever with chills ..get RTPCR done as soon as possible.Continue paracetamol 650 ..8 hourly.Need to be well hydrated (2.5 to 3 + lt of water). Isolate him in a well ventilated room.online/ offline consultation is a must if fever persist.
