Cause- Mouth conditions when hygiene not maintained leads to formation of biofilm (diet and oral microorganisms metabolism), then materia alba, leads to plaque and calculus
Provisional diagnosis -
Chronic generalised gingivitis with plaque and calculus?
Differential diagnosis -
Etiology, white scar, no other history, photograph?.
