HCG value after trigger shot

I had HCG trigger shot on Dec 20 2023 to ovulate on both sides. On Jan 3 2024 I have 39.1 HCG value. Is it pregnancy or can it be traces from the trigger shot?

Bhcg titers more than hundred is confirmatory for pregnancy This value could be because of the injection you got You can repeat and see the titers in  48 hours
