I have done my HBA1C TEST and result value is 5.9. Fasting blood glucose is 84, Post mean glucose is 104. My age is 21 yrs. Doing activity 5 days a week. Weight is normal what to do?

Avoid spicy junk food Take healthy diet(preferably avoiding sugar/sweet food) Do regular exercise Have a tight sleep Be stress free Check HbA1C after 6months
