My HBA1C is 5.9 , am I prediabetic? How can I control and reduce it ? Please advise. Any suggestions ? Regards

Yes. You have to do some lifestyle modification like dietary changes including carb and fat cut down , increase on your vegetable and protein content. Strength and cardio exercises. At least 5-10 % weight loss can bring improvement.
