Hello sir... your history seems you have cavitation in which the infection spreads apically and causes abscess(acute infection of pus collection) around teeth which causes tooth mobility.. first and foremost x-ray has to be taken to rule out the cause... if there is any infection you need to go for root canal treatment followed by capping which will reduce the mobility

Hi If there is a cavity in your tooth and is shaking with lot of pain, it indicates acute infection around the root of the teeth. Most probably you have to undergo Root Canal Treatment (RCT) following which the pain & the mobility of the tooth shall reduce.

You should visit a Dentist immediately because it looks like when the tooth is shaking the infection has spread to the periodontal ligament area.you might need to consult a periodontist(gum specialist) also.
