Having Toothache

Having toothache after 2-3 years of root canalling . Same tooth I can feel that is not properly fixed( not steady), this might be the reason of pain

Might be due to recurrent infection. A re Treatment shall fix the problem.

There is a chance that the tooth is reinfected and thus has become unstable /mobile in the bone. You need to visit an endodontist and get it checked for reinfection. If need be , you might have to go for re root canal with the tooth . Give a visit as soon as possible to avoid further complications like swelling / pus discharge .
