Hi Doctor, I am having slight swelling below my left ear. Dont have pain...No fever.. Just swelling I think it is possible Mumps.. Can u please prescribe medication ..

Fever and pain are almost a mandatory symptom in a case of mumps. If it isn't there then is quite unlikely that it is mumps or parotitis. Do you chew tobacco? Consult with proper history .
