From last 3 month his cold n cough is not going only.any time he will be running nose. And he is not gaining weight.

He's probably allergic. Give just steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. Give him 2 milk feeds,stop breastfeeding,and 4 solid meals a day.
